About This workshop
This immersive workshop provides brewers, engineers, and tech enthusiasts with practical skills to deploy Internet of Things (IoT) solutions in a brewery setting. Participants will engage in hands-on activities, designing and building prototypes for monitoring critical brewing parameters such as temperature, pH, and specific gravity using low-cost hardware like Raspberry Pi and various sensors. We will explore data acquisition, cloud integration with platforms like AWS IoT or Google Cloud, and basic data visualization techniques to gain actionable insights into production processes and energy consumption.
